ENJOY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON MOST ORDERS
We offer returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through Beauté Sauvage. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
SHIPPING HOW LONG DOES A RETURN OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Beauté Sauvage has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Beauté Sauvage you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you are worried than an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
Returns need to be shipped at your own cost.
We would recommend wrapping the order securely and lightly using a tracked service with your local post office. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or ensure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss until we receive them at our warehouse.
For international returns please mark clearly “RETURN GOODS – CLOTHING” as a description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. If this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied, and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as reference on your return shipping label and invoice.
