We offer returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through Beauté Sauvage. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
SHIPPING HOW LONG DOES A RETURN OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.
SHIPPING DELAYS
You will receive an auto-generated confirmation when you place your order. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Order processing may take longer during major holidays or special releases. Please note Beauté Sauvage does not ship on weekends. Please note any orders placed with expedited shipping after 12 pm PST will not be processed until the next business day. Beauté Sauvage will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, our customer service team will contact you. Beauté Sauvage is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Beauté Sauvage has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Beauté Sauvage you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
DAMAGES
If you are worried than an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email customerservice@beautesauvage.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Returns need to be shipped at your own cost.
We would recommend wrapping the order securely and lightly using a tracked service with your local post office. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or ensure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss until we receive them at our warehouse.
For international returns please mark clearly “RETURN GOODS – CLOTHING” as a description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. If this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied, and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as reference on your return shipping label and invoice.
